The former auto-body shop on Henry Street has new owners, GARAGEWorks, who want to rehabilitate the 10,850 square feet of an otherwise vacant commercial space to be used for artist studios and community programming. GARAGEWorks wants to apply for the Restore NY Communities Initiative (Restore NY) grant released by Empire State Development (ESD). The grant requires a Public Hearing. This meeting will vote to set the Public Hearing.
