The Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00 PM, in the Municipal Center Courtroom. A work session will take place at 7:00 PM, for a training workshop, discussion of agenda items and/or topics of interest to the Planning Board. The regular meeting will begin immediately thereafter, but not later than 7:30 PM.

1. Approval of October 11, 2023, minutes

2. Public hearing of application for Site Plan Approval and Special Use Permit, personal wireless service facility, 375 Washington Avenue, submitted by Verizon Wireless of the East, LP (dba Verizon Wireless).

Architectural Review

1. Certificate of Appropriateness - 45 Townsend Street; Facade

Miscellaneous Business

1. Consider request for a six (6) month extension of Special Permit, Mirbeau Inn & Spa (7 Craig House Lane), submitted by Mirbeau of Beacon, LLC.

2. Final review of the proposed brick for Two Cross Street, submitted by Hudson Todd, LLC.

3. City Council request to review Local Law to make amendments to the Beacon Zoning Code, Chapter 223, concerning internal lot subdivisions.
