HIRING: Crossing Guard for the City of Beacon School Hours
/Job Description:
The City of Beacon is looking for School Crossing Guards at various intersections of the City that are heavily trafficked by students going to or from school, Councilperson Molly Rhodes announced during her Report section of the 5/5/2025 City Council Meeting.
Councilperson Molly said: “They were constantly looking for Crossing Guards, but particularly right now, so this would probably not be…you wouldn't start until next school year. It's both the morning shift and the afternoon shift.”
Qualifications:
ALBB is inquiring with the City of Beacon on if a Civil Service test is required.

Pay:
Morning Shift: $18/hour
Afternoon Shift: $20/hour
