How did Thanksgiving become less than a week away?! A big, yet much missed rush of Holiday busy-ness is about to happen. But before we descend into the holiday happiness that is December (it's OK to not be happy and to be filled with mixed up feelings...we just like alliteration), here is a slowed down Thanksgiving message from ALBB: Time is just flying but we hope you can take some time this week to think about gratitude and what it means to you. It's easy to go through the motions and get caught up in our life of routines. Our goal for you this week (and maybe every week) is to slow down, write something down (or to someone) for what you're grateful for, and to simply take some deep breaths.
