Hello. This week was quite a week. During Cory Booker's 25 hour long speech, which had many inspiring quotes in it, ALBB was publishing "regular" news articles that we were scheduled to work on. Like about the Newburgh/Beacon ferry, and then the person who fell off the bike. But you all were writing in, asking "Where is the protest on April 5th? WHERE!?!" It's heartwarming. Beacon customers have already lost some of their benefits in these DOGE cuts. Also, after Cory Booker's speech, he voted to authorize the United States to pay for and produce more bombs to Israel to blow up Palestinians. He was no Kendrick Lamar. Social media went wild with pulling old Cory speeches of him emphatically defending Israel. And he didn't mention Palestine or disappeared Americans speaking out for Palestine in his 25 hours of talking. Will be writing more about that at Tin Shingle. Greg Stoker observed today about the Palestinian bodies flying into the air from the bombs, and how people he used to serve with would bet on how high the bodies would fly during a drone strike.
