The Winter months are always the hardest months for restaurants and shops in Beacon. People are visiting less and staying indoors. Make it a point to order from your favorite restaurant to let them cook for you. Treat January-March as if it's COVID time for these restaurants. That's how badly they need your support. If you ever wonder why the hours or days of the week change frequently at restaurants, it is because when they have extremely slow days, the begin to bleed money, and they close. So...head on out to Main Street to order a dish you haven't tried yet! Or your favorite that you have all the time.
