Regular Meeting
Review and hold a continued public hearing on application submitted by 925 Wolcott LLC, 925 Wolcott Avenue, Tax Grid No. 30-5954-44-922633-00, R1-10 Zoning District, for the following:  a. An area variance from Sections 223-10.C and 223-10.D to permit reconstruction of a structure previously containing a non-conforming use;  or, in the second alternative, for  b. A use variance from Section 223-17.C to permit a multi-family or single-room-occupancy (SRO) building in the R1-10 Zoning District.  Any such variances are to be considered subsequently, and pursuant to Section 223-55.C of the City Code.
Review and hold public hearing on application submitted by Adusei Holdings LLC, 75 Oak Street, Tax Grid No. 30-5954-28-972906-00, in the R1-5 Zoning District, to demolish the existing home on the property and rebuild a new home, which requires relief from the following:Â Â Section 223-17.D to allow for a 3.1 ft side yard setback (10 ft required) Section 223-17.D to allow for a 5.4 ft side yard setback (10 ft required)
Review and hold public hearing on application submitted by Eva Garcia, 359 Cherry Street, Tax Grid No. 30-5954-16-876329-00, in the R1-40 Zoning District, to construct a rear addition and covered screen porch to an existing 2 1/2-story dwelling, which requires relief from the following: Â Section 223-17.D to allow for a 1.2 ft side yard setback (25 ft required) Section 223-17.D to allow for a 36.1 ft rear yard setback (50 ft required)
